"It's been really great to help me with consistency; coming every week is really good cos I would not do it otherwise, and I have learnt a lot here." Avy

"Before I came to Heather's classes I thought it would be like: you had to do a certain way of painting, and learn specific techniques, but I was surprised it was different... you paint what you want and painting how you feel. There's more in it. It's not a traditional art class, reconnecting with your intuition. Trust the process and don't stress to much about the outcome." Zoe

Book on this page and then email Heather to let her know what week you would like to come: hb@heatherbradbury.com

Hope you can join us!

Who teaches the classes?

The classes are run by Heather Bradbury.

Heather recently owned and ran a gallery in the Dandenong Ranges, Melbourne, and taught over 50 students each week from her studio there. Heather has been teaching for the past 10 years 100's of students who have found her method or learning to paint with oils, doable, easy and encouraging.  Heather has now moved to Darwin and has recently taken on the role of Coordinator of Darwin Visual Arts Gallery. She is a photo-realistic painter who loves painting water and reflections, a visual journal of life's discoveries. She loves helping people find their creative voice, running many classes and workshops throughout each year.

You can read more and see her work at her website here: https://www.heatherbradbury.com/

"Everyone can learn to paint with oil easily. My teaching style is about you painting what YOU want to paint. I feel everyone needs to express something that has a special meaning for them somehow. It might be a grandchild's face, or a special landscape with beautiful memories. Whatever it is, I am here to help you learn and become proud of your painting and bring your painting dreams to reality!" Heather
