This video is an inside look into a 2024 Collaborative Contemporary Art Exhibition called 'Meticulous Harmony' Between Kristen McFarlane (Glass Artist) and Heather Bradbury (Photo-Realistic Painter) to be held at Yering Station Winery, Victoria, Australia for the whole month of January 2025 - Episode 2 - 15 weeks to go!

Follow along on the journey - learning how you might work towards your own exhibition as Heather and Kristin take us on the journey from conception to exhibition over 4 to 5 months. Heather and Kristin are working on 4 to 5 art pieces that complement each other; including a glass chandelier in front of each painting! An exciting new concept was developed just for this collaborative exhibition.

This episode gives a little overview of the concept creation and introduces us to Kristin and her detailed work with glass. Hear her talk about how she experiments and trials different processes to develop a final outcome for the GINKO LEAVES collaborative piece. The original leaves were gathered at the beautiful Alfred Nicholas Gardens in the Dandenong Ranges. Kristin says these gardens in spring are reminiscent of the cherry blossom season in Japan!
