This week, I learnt - again - the importance of listening to your body when it starts asking you to slow down. Going back to some of the things I learnt in "The Artists Way" by Julia Cameron, I took a couple days to just reflect on all the huge things that have happen over the past couple weeks.

At this crazy time of year, it's now more important than ever to take some time for yourself and seek out what you need!
